Welcome to DM2Print, a brand of Ishaan Enterprises. By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DM2Print is a manufacturer and importer of corporate gifts, promotional merchandise and customized branding products. The website is intended to provide product information and collect enquiries only. Orders are not placed directly through the website and are confirmed only after acceptance of the quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI).

Minimum order quantity is generally 100 pieces unless otherwise agreed. Production begins only after receipt of the agreed advance payment and final written approval of artwork/design through WhatsApp, email or any other written communication accepted by DM2Print.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying spellings, colours, logos, dimensions, layouts and all artwork before approval. Once approved, any mistake in the approved artwork shall be treated as the customer's responsibility.

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork and other materials supplied for customization. DM2Print shall not be liable for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer supplied content.

Estimated dispatch timelines are mentioned in the PI and may vary depending on production schedules, imported materials, raw material availability, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Transportation is handled through customer-appointed or third-party transporters. Freight charges are extra unless otherwise agreed. Once goods are handed over to the transporter, the risk transfers to the customer. DM2Print is not responsible for delays, loss, theft or damage during transit.

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production or customization has started, cancellations are not accepted and payments become non-refundable.

Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Plain/non-customized products may be considered for replacement only after inspection and approval.

Manufacturing defect claims will be investigated. Claims resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper storage or customer damage shall not be accepted.

Any brand names, logos or trademarks displayed on this website are used only to demonstrate branding and customization capabilities. Their appearance does not imply that DM2Print has worked for, supplied products to, or is officially associated with those brands unless specifically mentioned.

DM2Print reserves the right to modify products, pricing, specifications and these Terms without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.
