Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

DM2Print specializes in customized and made-to-order products. Therefore, our refund, return and cancellation policy is different from standard retail products.

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started. If production has not commenced, eligible refunds may be processed after deducting applicable administrative or banking charges, if any.

Once production or customization has started, no cancellation, refund or exchange will be accepted.

Products customized with names, logos, branding, artwork or customer specifications cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances unless a verified manufacturing defect is found.

Plain/non-customized products may be considered for replacement only after inspection and approval by DM2Print.

Any manufacturing defect must be reported promptly with clear photographs and supporting information. DM2Print reserves the right to inspect and verify every claim before approving any replacement.

Damage, shortage or loss during transportation must be reported directly to the transporter, as transportation is handled by third-party logistics providers.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
